๐ We are excited to welcome you in Poland for World Cup Stage I / European Cup Stage I – 15-16 March. ๐

Change of the usual location of the tournament. 
It will be held in Sport hall in BODZANOW, 32-020 Wieliczka .

Completing this form is not mandatory to receive your T-shirt during the tournament, but it will help us with organizing everything on time. (Make sure you also provide the same information in the application form)
Each player who pay registration fee, will receive 1 T-shirt.
